Anyways booked on irctc itself.. seats were selling out quickly..

guys i booked train ticket and gave preference in the seats … there are 90 seats vacant in the train but they didn’t gave me my desired seats .. what should i do and i paid 2593 rs from paytm and got 390 cashback instant … but at refunding time it showing me only 2200 is…. to kya cashback wapas nahi liya jayega ?? i am so much confused and really worried abt my trip please help me
