It showed 0 as available funds when i did that. Can you guide me how to get the balance shown on wallet?

we don’t need to delete the card when uninstalling the app, bcz when we reinstall it is asking us to reactivate the VISA card. there might be some other reason for the money not showing. dont worry, it is our money. it ll b safe. please call up customer care and tell them wat u did and money is not showing in wallet, they will advise you.

Seems this is because of any failed transaction,
So as said by @Bhaveshdave wait for 2-3 days, it will get reversed automatically

Same here my wallet also says 0 balance after following above steps.. don’t know what to do..oxigen customer care is not picking up phone

Oxigen is infamous for such issues. It’s probably just a data sync issue. You can give it time or contact Oxigen customer care to expedite the process. https://www.oxigenwallet.com/site/c...ct

I can buy item from eBay and pay via Oxigen wallet to avail this offer right? In any case that ₹100 max cashback kinda kills the deal for me.

well i don’t see the logic in reinstalling or recreating the vcc. problem is the vcc created yesterday is not actually activated in the backend by oxygen. by the time they do it the offer of cb eill be gone and money stuck.

No, not via oxigen wallet .. it’s through the virtual visa debit card generated from oxigen wallet. While making payment you need to key in the 16 digit number ( and other details ) of the visa virtual card generated via oxigen wallet.
