Before going to submit, it will show your DOB, email, etc…
After that click back button of your mobile

Thanks @Plato and @AnJo … the savings account trick worked to get DOB. And yeah, the VC was blocked due to incorrect DOB. Anyway, solved the issue.

The card gets usually unblocked only after 24 hours. How did you fix it so early?

May be you faced same problem as I. I have two Pockets accounts, same details, but different numbers. I used same ICICI card for a promotion. I got benefits but now one Pockets (not linked to my bank account) is blocked. Other one has started asking for grid card authorization.

Not able to reguster…failed to verify mobile… Hv they stopped letting us open new account on already used device? Tried many times, each time 1.5rs deduct bt not able to go through… Anyone facing this issue?

Even for me, unblocking card took just an hour after speaking to CC

I hope u have placed sim to be registered at SIM 1 location if u r using Dual Sim device
