seriously cant understanad how a 4 billion$ company is careless about some very basic things like grammar check.

Or else should buy refurnished laptops at half price of laptop. and i got reply of paytm and they told me to provide job sheet from acer service centre. First time such incident happen with me. what to do now?

bro this is just a post on an internet forum. Paytm is an internet giant. there’s a lot of difference. and obviously i wouldn’t write like this if this was an official communication.

I had bought a Dell laptop from Amazon. It had 9 months warranty, but received in perfect sealed condition. I emailed Dell, they asked for invoice. And within 24 hours, updated warranty status.

So, don’t worry. You laptop should be brand new.

When the dealer buys from manufacturer, the warranty date starts from there. Does not mean the laptop is used. You got it in sealed condition, right?

Received It is too good for the price. Only issue is linux, of which I know nothing of. Will be getting windows by this weekend.

Also updated the warranty by paying 579 rupees for 2 more years, the process is fairly easy.

All in all, I am just un-lucky, might miss the extension offer and I had to return the product and re-do all again as the warranty is valid first 7 days after you bought.

Here you go!! Pathetic Service..They have no control over seller/vendor
