Contact AXIS CC people, from then they are delivering pre-activated cards, that’s why AXIS GC has become so famous !!!

Was dispatched by seller a day ago. Tracking number not trackable on Bluedart site. My order dated May 14th also not trackable on Bluedart site.

I requested for cancellation on 18th and no response, Amazon sent mail on 20th and no response, finally received mail it was shipped on 21st but not trackable. I suspect seller is fraud, he is not responding to anything, tomorrow if we received non-activated card who will take care of that, seller or Amazon or axis bank. Seen similar kind of complaints from other users in reviews of seller.:twisted:

actually tracking no will be same but it will be traceable from day 5-6 of shipping

The shipment is at the nearest hub, the laziest hub in my area.
It is nearest to my house, but BlueDart will do delivery only at the end of the day.

Both my cards became traceable y’day and are now in Hyderabad. Hopefully should receive them today or latest by Monday. I had contacted Amazon regarding the untraceable AWB #s.So don’t know if its because of that. No response from Axis Bank and no SMS that cards have been loaded. Have to check after getting the cards whether they are pre-activated or not.

Received card just now, I tried to login but it says invalid login id or password, I tried card number as login id and webpin as password. Also sent mail to activate my card to [email protected]. Is there anything missing.

I went to ATM and changed ATM PIN successfully, I even called customer care and they told card is inactive and we have to visit any axis bank branch to get activated, not sure what to do now. If I need to visit branch then I need to spend atleast 25 for petrol and to save 100 Rs I need to waste 25 Rs and spend time to get it activated.

What is the point to gift someone without activating card.

They will do buddy..just inform him the activation process…Tell hime for Security resn this is Inactive.. before using u have to activate it..

Visit branch for activation? WTH is this? My cards are out for delivery.

Don’t decide based on your success in login process. Even I was not able to login for my previous cards. But the cards were active (received sms confirming the same, though). Just visit an AXIS ATM and check balance, you will know. Perhaps their CC people are a bit dumb.
