Yes it was a risk. I wouldn’t have been too disheartened had I got only 250 instead of 2500. 5%.. that is what we are normally getting.. But still .. hell Yeah!!.

All 4 days are gone in all confusion between t&cs.. Between customer care answers are also conflicting to each others.. Really pathetic service… Due to unresponsible customer service and constant changing of t&c, i cant able to utilize that fantastic offer… So rated 1 star to woohoo in play store for its shame customer support

See its a promotional offer no one can ever offer and if they clearly confirms that they will give 2500 cashback then every looter will be like using 10-20 mobiles to avail the offer. Do you think that’s fair?
For me, even though i got 250 cashback for 5000 i would’ve been fairly satisfied as i am gonna buy the next oneplus phone as soon as it arrives. Its not even a risk for me as i was getting the same 500 discount when buying GV with ICICIeshop

Never ever contact customer care for any offer, thats the thing i follow from the start, either my order or offers goes through or not

I did 3 transactions way after offer expired and still got cashback [had no choice as i bought 5000 gift big card bought amazon gv even though i know i wont get cashback]
Woohoo did everything, its like they satisfied everyone to the max extent

The T&Cs were updated only once to add the transaction limit. There wasn’t any constant changing. Also, the T&Cs were clearly worded and precise. There was no reason to contact their customer care but still many users kept bombarding them with queries. Some were even directly asking them if it’s okay to loot them by using the same device and different phone numbers. Surely, you don’t expect them to tell you directly to exploit loopholes in their offer.
