You will get it in 24 to 48 hrs afte that message. that was the case with me.In fact i did apply for Unlock code from India only as NON AT& T customer , the same was honoured..
what mobile number we need to provide?? its asking at&t number from unlock page list
If you select the radio button as “NON AT&T customer”, the form will change and it will ask you to enter IMEI number, your first name , last name and email address. You don’t see any field to enter Phone number. Hope this helps..
