Is there any custom charges if I buy from GEB (link posted in first post)?
After unlocking the phone, the 2G/3G Indian networks will work with this phone or not ?
Suppose if my order gt canceled my money will be return or not ?

1) Price is Inclusive Everything I.e Custom, Tax, shipping etc
2) No Idea About This one. If you Could get it Unlocked Then it should work
3) If Your Order Gets Cancelled Amount Will Be Refunded to Original Mode of Payment Within 8-10 Working days

2) create “new shipment” from shipment section and replace “unique id” with package id in shipment address

4) once the phone is shipped from best buy.com update the “new shipment” details created in step 2 ( tracking id)
5) we will get 3 mail’s from ppobox.com

• once they receive the product from best buy.com
• once it reaches india ( they will tell how much we need to pay for customs+shippings+etc)
• finally once they deliver to our address

6) we need to make payment after receiving the second mail from ppobox.com with details.

Total process took 9 days.

Its not $99 its $679.99….check it. 99 for phone with contract

Root and Unlockable Bootloader?
No and no. The AT&T/GoPhone/Cricket XT1527 and the Verizon XT1528 do not qualify for the Motorola Bootloader Unlock website. All other variants do. The only way to get root is by flashing via TWRP recovery, and the only way to flash an unsigned recovery is by unlocking the bootloader.

Marshmallow?
Motorola has stated that they will not be releasing the Marshmallow update to US variants. Since the bootloader is locked, there is no way to flash another variant’s firmware or a custom ROM.
