Nope, there is no coupon. The offer is valid for 4 transactions per user. And keep in mind that this offer will expire by tomorrow.
i tried to book train ticket (irctc) but not found option to pay via paytm only netbanking CC DC.

I am guessing you are linking your IRCTC account to the Cleartrip account for the first time. There is no way out. You do need both the email and the SMS OTP to complete the process. Wait for a bit and then try again.
