Moreover, it goes against their own terms and conditions (according to which their GCs arrive pre-activated). And AXIS is not SBI which has got a branch in every street in the city. I visited their branch only once just to see how they responded. It’s really overwhelming. Those people were totally clueless. They haven’t even made a call to let me know their action on my letter.
Hope amazon will refund it all. No more AXIS.

guys i ordered 2 X 5,000₹ Cards from Rediff got Mail confirmation saying Order Delivered But i dint get any Deliveries Today in the Confirmation Mail there was a Bluedart Tracking No. when i tracked the Package the Gift Cards have been Delivered to some Random Guys in Mumbai i live in Bangalore and have provided them with my Correct Address What are these Guys Upto FYI both the orders were placed seperately and from Different Emails using different Cards for Payment both the Cards have been Delivered to some Guys in Mumbai

Mine is also shipped. Valid tracking number. In between, If anyone receives, pls update us regarding online use. If corporate word is there on the card, we can use it online.

Brother this was happened to me in Amazon once. Through a to z claim, I got my refund. Regarding rediff cc I have no idea. But call them immediately and explain in detail and ask them to tally with your address and date of delivery etc.

I only got the message. But can’t confirm it got activated for real as the card is not with me for now. Long story but I can’t get to it for atleast a couple of days. Probably more.

Didn’t think the card could still be deactivated even after I got the sms

Contacted amazon cc last night and explained my situation. The guy wrote a mail to AXIS on my behalf and assured that it would be resolved to my satisfaction. Why AXIS, why?

My 2nd A-Z Claim for 10k card also went through. So both cards cancelled.

I HV purchased many card from Amazon and had no problem in using it .it was preactivated I have already used many cards amounting 30 K
