I have two accounts of mobikwik and using on same device so they will ban me??
Another question I added 1000 but due to network failure money deducted from account but didn’t update in wallet after some time that added 1000rs but not promo balance after raising ticket will they add promo balance.
Anyone is having this experience

1. They won’t ban you but you can’t redeem any offer twice on the same device.
2. Just raise a ticket and there are chances that your cb amount be added manually.
