Yes it should be. I added 800 to BB wallet and I got the CB, so payzapp doesn’t distinguish purchases as long as BB is the payee.

so you added 800 to your BB wallet using payzapp & you received cashback of 200 in your Payzap instantly?

No with payzapp its not instant. They took 10 days and I had to mail them once about it after 5 days.

Pay By Credit Card / Debit Card / Net Banking or
Pay By Prepaid Wallets (PayuMoney / Paytm / Mobikwik)

I think payzapp payment option is available on BB’s Android app only. If you do not see this option, try updating the app. I faced same issue on my old Android tablet but this option appeared once I updated BB app.

Ok this is confusing. Payzapp provides an option to add cards. So if you pay by the added (or even not added) cards would that count? Specially if I am a registered customer but not loaded money to wallet. Because at the end of day the transaction shows in my wallet too.

No, the BigBasket-Payzapp phone numbers don’t have to match. I have already received cashback for December although I am using different numbers on the two apps.

As you may or may not know, the “Pay with Payzapp” option is only on the BB app, not on the website. So the only requirement is for you to have both the BB and the Payzapp apps installed on the same phone. If you have used Zopper, this is exactly how the Zopper-Ola Money integration worked. CC @GoogleCA
