Not true. They need not be installed on the same device.
Since it’s you saying this, I am inclined to believe it with reasonable doubt. I assumed that to be the case as the Payzapp app comes to the foreground while approving the BigBasket transaction (just like the Zopper-Ola transactions). Which versions are you using?
I am insulted that you still have reasonable doubt . You should take my words as gospel .
When you select payzapp option as the payment option in BB, it pops up a window, wherein you login to Payzapp using the payzapp registered email ID and login PiN, then enter the DVC code that gets sent to the mobile number registered with Payzapp, since BB is installed on a different device. You can choose to save the login info and save the device as a trusted device so that next time you transact on BB, all you need to do is approve the payment.
As for the versions, both BB and payzapp are the current versions.

Ah, cool. I had both apps installed on the same device so I never encountered this workflow. And since Payzapp opened automatically while doing the transaction on BB, I assumed it was required to have both the apps on the same device (like Zopper-Ola Money). Bad assumption, I guess.
By the way, when you do have Payzapp installed on the same device, it just asks you to approve the transaction and no OTP (DVC) is involved so it’s better to have both the apps installed on the same device IMO.

I have my reasons for this kinda setup and after the first transaction, there is no more DVC or login flow.

Bro’s is that bigbasket & payzapp mobile no. should same for receiving cashback.
Suppose i create new bigbasket account witth new mob no. but, using payzapp old account with different mob & email id should i eligible for cashback or not.
Please helping me out…
No, the BigBasket-Payzapp phone numbers don’t have to match. I have already received cashback for December although I am using different numbers on the two apps.As you may or may not know, the “Pay with Payzapp” option is only on the BB app, not on the website. So the only requirement is for you to have both the BB and the Payzapp apps installed on the same phone. If you have used Zopper, this is exactly how the Zopper-Ola Money integration worked. Thanks for helping.

@GoogleCA : please update the first post.
I added 800 on bigbasket on 15jan..11.55pm
did u get cb?
They let you manually enter the OTP (DVC). And it works without any issues, bro. I personally use Payzapp on BS.
