Oreo cookies have high amounts of sugar, fat, and calories. Therefore, it can cause severe health conditions like diabetes, obesity, and heart diseases...
American study suggested that even if u eat oreo it shouldn't be more than 3 cookies per day ....
Andddd if we buy it in bulk like this we would definitely eating more than half of the 100gm packet ... Since its sugar and causes a ripple effect... Causing us the urge of consuming 1 extra everytime...
Beware... The company is also using artificial sugar (its not real natural sugar)
Last month i brought this thing and within 3 days i started feeling difficult in breathing..... It was an uneasy experience.... For me ... I am in my young 20s.. and a regular gym goer ... But this oreo thing had a bad effect on me....
Now i just hate this brad alot!!!
