5. The saving will be calculated on the final amount of the transactions.
6. Products and services are subject to availability.
7. This Offer shall not be valid on cancelled transactions or charge back transactions.

23. Citibank, its group entities, or affiliates, their respective directors, officers,
employees, agents, vendors, shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that
may be suffered, or for any personal injury that may be suffered or incurred, by the
Customers, directly or indirectly, as a result of availing the Offer or by the use or nonuse, acceptance or decline or suitability or effectiveness of the services pertaining to
the Offer.
24. Nothing herein amounts to a commitment or representation by Citibank or Bigbasket
to conduct further such Offers.
25. If the Offer and/or anything to be done by Citibank or Bigbasket in respect of the
Offer is prevented or delayed by causes, circumstances or events beyond the control
of Citibank or Bigbasket, including but not limited to computer viruses, tampering,
unauthorized intervention, interception, fraud, technical failures, floods, fires,
accidents, earthquakes, riots, explosions, wars, hostilities, acts of government or other
causes of like or similar or other character beyond the control of Citibank or

Can someone please confirm whether this is applicable on loading money to BB Wallet?
To avail max benefit, we need to load 2500 in BB Wallet to get 500 CB. It’d be waste of loading such amount to BB Wallet if we are not going to receive any CB for loading to wallet.
Moreover, can we use multiple cards to single BB account to avail benefits (I have only one BB account)

Do you know why Citi bank need so much time to credit Cashback?
Bigbasket will provide the list of transactions of eligible orders to Citi bank after the offer period is over and then Citi bank will credit the cashbacks for eligible transactions. Anyone have any idea about how their pg works, initiated payment through payumoney wallet, later identified that paying through wallets will make my order ineligible for Cashback. So dropped my txn and reinitiated payment by selecting credit cards option in payment page, which took me to payu gateway (I believe this is different from the wallet) but then it logged into the same payumoney wallet which was showing my saved cards and completed txn. Now in payment summary page, it is showing txn is successful and payment option as payumoney wallet.
Any expertise with big basket/payumoney in such scenarios..?
Checked with their CC and they say my order is eligible for Cashback but as said in above posts, can’t rely on them
