I Ordered 4 and received all of them on time…
Quality is good , i have tested the same and works as defined. However, its light is not so bright but will be definitly useful for me whenever i go for my next camping trip;-}

while on chat gave me this number 18601800425 and select option 4, but when calling that number always a female voice says ‘the called number is busy please try after some time’

I too ordered and paid the amount, but still order status showing pending. Tried several times to call them and wasted a lot thro’ mobile bill. But couldn’t connect them. They never bother to reply to mails. Chat useless

when ever i call CC, they are saying ‘due to limited stock , we are unable to deliver.. we got a new lot today, will be shipping 2-3 days’.. i got the same ans when i called 1week, 10days, 20 days after placing the order. Today, one of their CC says.. you have to be patient
or you can cancel the order.
WTF……………

i feed up wth CC n thr Service, worst experience,:evil: Cancelled my order. but thy shocked me here also!!! thy will refund by only thro bank cheque it seems!!!.:shock:

he was telling delay was due to shortage of product n he was not clear on when thy will ship. Yak!! so cancelled.

if that is the case why are they not mentioning the cause and just abandoning the chat, its would be fine to receive the order late than money getting stuck up.
