I add Rs 500 in freecharge by debit card but money deducted from back and transaction is failed but in few second Freecharge add Rs 500 in my wallet so I decided to do transaction at giftxoxo… but at giftxoxo transaction is failed because of insufficient amount

so I check back my freecharge transaction as… found that they has deducted Rs 500 again in just 6 minutes … with same transaction no. as money added…

now what should I do

is it working with same giftxoxo account and multiple freecharge go cards?

If it isn’t re credited in few minutes freecharge will refund it to bank and if you know freecharge says refund adjusted in 5-7 days but actual settlement is 20 days approx

Freecharge sucks interms of refund
Had a very bad experience when a axis gift card transaction failed

Seems to be issue at Freecharge end. Amount being debited for failed transactions. Not even getting cashback for successful transactions.

Well it is somewhat like my case for which I lost my discount code. I loaded money from bank, transaction was successful and immediately tried to use in giftxoxo and it said insufficient balance and transaction failed but luckily FC balance was not deducted.

Coming to your point if the transaction failed from bank end then money would not have been credited and it is due to failed transaction in giftxoxo you lost your money so most probably you would receive it in FC wallet and fir when I think if not in 2-3 hrs then it may take 1-2 days.

I tried to load Rs:400/- using Add Money to Freecharge Wallet.Money Deducted from Bank but tranaction failed , saying “Unable to load money into wallet”.

Biggest Problem is no transaction id when add money to wallet..Horrible

Take a note of that TX number and also add a snapshot , mail cc and wait

no first they showed transaction as failed when I added money in freecharge but money deducted from bank but in few minutes … my wallet was loaded with money. I decided to do giftxoxo transation but transaction failed as it’s showed insufficient balance … so I check again my wallet … and see Money was deducted with same transaction no. as added money

You asked where would you receive money so I replied in FC wallet and for when I mentioned 1-2 days

Everything went successfully for me. As per Giftxoxo, I remember they generally take one/two working day to honor the orders.
