Received the products just a day after ordering. Great improvement in shipping time in last 1 month.

I ordered 5 packets of oil and 3 packets of sugar yesterday at Gurgaon. Oil packed was leaking and all other oil and sugar packets were in oil.

Although good deal on price front.

So they are following the thread here. Nice way to keep track of customers. I used to buy all groceries from SaharaQshop but recently all of their stocks are out. I hope to do the same with Costclub but you need to add all items in groceries.

Very slow site.
Also, almost all items that I select are not available at my location (Kolkata).
If you do not have the product available in Kolkata why show them in the list? Shouldn’t you show the only items that are available for a specific location?

I am also from kolkata. You can select your city name initially from the pop up. I think their shipping bit slow in kolkata.

Again, as mentioned in the offer t&c, we will not take a maximum of 2/3 days to deliver orders during the offer period. Orders without coupons will surely be delivered the next day.

Tried five times to pay with two different cards, failed. Something wrong with Payu I think.

Had bought stuff at Amazon an hour earlier with no problem. Wasted an hour selecting my items.

Placed an order for 5L sunlite sunflower oil. I m not buying oil from market & waiting for your order in hope to receive soon. My maid is making only lentis & rice because there is no cooking oil in home. She is repeatedly asking why you are not buying oil this time. What should I say to her…. Ab to bhej do… bahot izzat ka kachara ban chuka hai.

Seriously! Man! You can’t buy a 100/200/500 ml pack from your local grocer in the meantime!
