in my view, they won’t take so much time if they are willing to honour the deal, let’s wait n watch..

its like a deadlock. shopclues has got the payment and tkm has left shopclues because of the pricing error. mostly tkm left shopclues on their own to avoid loss

They must have joined again, their webpage didn’t exist few days ago.

To the extent of my experience, shopclues is THE BEST online store in India with a reasonable good customer support. I think, they might be negotiating with the seller for a reasonable solution to fulfill the orders.

Nonetheless, we should be ready to accept that it was a pricing error; in the worst we will get our money back without any hassle.

I dont agree with you on that!
Pricing error or not..they are liable to their customers.
We have gone through a lot of hassle and shouldn’t settle for refund,atleast.

Got a reply from cc that the product was out of stock with the seller so would take another 3-5 days for shipment…

Dont think they will cancel the order now

It depends and you need not agree. If you go by law, I am sure they do not need to honor this. But Shopclues being, at least so far, a good online retailer, has done extremely well with their good post sales support.

Nonetheless, you would know the pain if you run a business with your money.

we can’t complain and force them if they are refunding plus 50 cluebucks. 50 cluebuks compensation is good enough.

got my 32gb pendrive bought it at 570
paid only 309 as i had cluebucks and 1 gv of 250
i was cursing my self when i missed the 32gb card deal but happy now as if i had bought d card deal i wouldnt had bought this

the order status has been updated as “Order Transferred” and a new order has been created by the same name today half an hr back which shows status as “Paid”.

what’s happening? someone enlighten! :/

Cc just told that the order has been passed on to a different merchant as the previous one wasnt obliging the deal…payment to the other merchant is made today and so will get delivered accordingly…if this deal comes through ill have huge repect for sc as theyre trying to fulfill it even after a pricing error

I guess Shopclues is honouring the deal. They have transferred the order and changed the vendor from TK Marketing to KBC Computech.
