Flight - NOVCC/NOVEMI - 12-15% discount on domestic and 10-12% on international
Hotel - NOVCC/NOVEMI - 25% on both domestic and international for first 2 days
Tatkaal 12PM sale - Probably any payment method works for hotels, but for flights only icici card, better ready with icici card for hotels too, if doesn't work.
Flight - DOMSPL for Domestic flights and INTSPL for International flights. Flat rates rounded down to nearest 999. Can expect 30-40% discount on less than 1hr routes and usual 15-17% discount on 2-3hr routes.
Hotel - TATKAAL - 30% on domestic hotels. Nothing for international hotels.
Flash sale 7PM - ICICI card required (No Amazon pay)

Flat 30% on hotels at 12PM Tatkal offer. (Reduced from 50% in last year)
Flat prices starting from 999 for flights (usually they round down to nearest 999 which is at least 12% lower, so 1800 ticket will come at 999, 5200 at 3999, 8800 at 6999 and so on at 12PM Tatkal offer.
Free child ticket on 2 adult ticket at 7PM on domestic flights. (Best offer for such cases)
Rush hour in first 2 hours is better than tatkal offers for flights specially for long distance flights.
There are other offers too, but very specific to destination/route and may not be useful.
