Cleartrip Train Tickets at 15% CB via Paytm

Is this offer still valid on train bookings?anyone got cashback post booking on 21st or later date?
I called CC and they say its not valid on train booking,also its no where currently mentioned.

I booked a train ticket few hours ago of Rs. 3000 and got 15% cashback…
