Get Ready for the biggest Deals wars again.
We are back with DPL 2015.
Those who don’t know what DPL is Check out our previous years league here 2013 & 2014
All you have to do is find the best price of any given product in limited period of time.
If you are good at finding deals and coupons and best price then winning is simple.
DPL – Champions
DPL – Runner Up
Team Standing at 3rd & 4th Position
- Create a team of three players invite your friends or ask fellow dimers to form a team
- Decide The Team Name
- Incase you are not able to form your team, then just comment in this thread and we will adjust you with other players
- Last date for team submission 7th June 2015
- Contest begins 9th June and ends on 30th June 2015.
- We will upload the Match schedule on 8th June 2015.
Max of 40 Teams can participate in the DPL 2015
If we receive more entries then those teams will be on standby.
Round 1 – Knock Out Stage
20 teams Vs 20 teams
Each team will get a chance to compete one other team,
Each team has to select their best player and message the admin before the match day,
At a predetermined time a product image will be shown in the contest thread,
The person to find the best deal for that product wins
1. The deal can be made using coupons, but the coupon has to be generic coupon (no one time use coupon codes, no bank specific coupon codes). Signup/Registrations coupons would be acceptable.
2. International sites shipping to India is not allowed
3. If the deal is from ebay, seller rating less than 50 will not be allowed (unless it is promoted by ebay itself)
4. Deal/Coupons from sites which are banned on DesiDime won’t be allowed in the contest.
5. Other terms & Conditions as applicable
The final decision will be of the admin/mod team.
Winners proceed to the next round..

24 Teams will be divided in to 4 groups of 6 each
Group A
A1 vs A6, A1 Vs A5, A1 Vs. A4, A1 Vs. A3, A1 Vs. A2
A2 vs A6, A2 Vs A5, A2 Vs. A4, A2 Vs. A3, A2 Vs. A1
A3 vs A6, A3 Vs A5, A3 Vs. A4, A3 Vs. A2, A3 Vs. A1
A4 vs A6, A4 Vs A5, A4 Vs. A3, A4 Vs. A2, A4 Vs. A1
A5 vs A6, A5 Vs A1, A5 Vs. A4, A5 Vs. A3, A5 Vs. A2
A6 vs A1, A6 vs A2, A6 vs A3, A6 vs A4, A6 vs A5
Similarly for Groups B, C and D.
Each team gets to play with other team in the group
Type of matches will be held is
1. Thats a deal
2. One chance only
3. Stratergy
The details of each match will be uploaded before the match with detailed terms and conditions

Similar for group B, C & D
Winners will move to quarterfinals which is a knockout stage
Quarter Finals
H1 Vs R4 – L1

H3 Vs R2 – L3
H4 Vs R1 – L4

Winners will move to semi’s
Semi Finals
L1 vs L4 – X1
L2 vs L3 – X2
The details of each match will be uploaded before the match with detailed terms and conditions
Winners will move to finals
Finals
X1 Vs X2
The details of each match will be uploaded before the match with detailed terms and conditions
Winner be declared the Champions of DPL 2015, they will be awarded with special badge too.
Wild Card Entry
- 2 Teams will be given Wild Card entries based on most number of referrals from each team member. You can find your referral link under Settings page. Ask your friends to join Desidime and you might get a wild card entry if you lose in Round 1..EDIT: or / And will be decided by the Admin team
- 1 Team will be given Wild Card entries based on most number of FPD’s collectively from each team member.
- 1 Team will be given Wild Card entries based on most number of Karma points collectively from each team member.
Rules & Condition
- You need to be 15 years or older to participate
- If found to create multiple ID’s or found doing unethical things the team would be disqualified
- The Prizes would be delivered only within India
- All other Privacy policy and terms of use of the website will be applicable for the contest as well
- Other terms & Conditions as applicable
- The final call will be of the Admin & Moderator team, in case of any disputes
- Number of teams and format can change till the last minute and will be on Admin team’s discretion
- At the end of the contest the winning teams will be contacted by the admin team to inform them on how to claim their prizes

1. Brand warranty/ Manufacturer warranty needs to be mentioned explicitly this time as well?

2. Shopclues also has seller feedback, so if the seller feedback is less than 50, can we post those produts? Or the same is not allowed like ebay?
There was better deal available, but in a hurry I posted snapdeal’s deal @ Rs.1075. Hope we are the winners since other team didn’t posted any deal
