Finally got my refund too after several follow up with ebay, billdesk and numerous mails , comments and tweets to paytm they finally gave the refund.Such pathetic service paytm is having and their advantage no customer service number so they dont look into customer issue seriously at all.Wont ever do any transaction with paytm wallet in my life anymore

I too got the complete cashback for the failed order + 15% cash back from paytm that i had got earlier.
I believe paytm never steals your money, they just have an improper seller rating and review system. Otherwise, the best e-comm website as per my experience.
