I think it is because you have not verified you mobile no, for one touch payments. Try this, update your app if it’s not updated. I have never faced this PIN issue even for Bigbasket txns. (Same mobile no for Bigbasket a/c and payzapp a/c). Approve was the last option to finalize payment.

I think it is because you have not verified you mobile no, for one touch payments. Try this, update your app if it’s not updated. I have never faced this PIN issue even for Bigbasket txns. (Same mobile no for Bigbasket a/c and payzapp a/c). Approve was the last option to finalize payment.
Yes, u are correct.. I am keep changing mobile unique values.. it is treating it as new mobile when I Login and asking me for Device Verification..

Payzapp is denying cashback to all those users who are using rooted phones and multiple accounts. I was using 3 on same rooted device and you know what we do. In two of my account all cb came 50 on 200 and 100 percent. But in acc. from which I did txn from 21-25 and also 2 200+ txn, no cb was credited and when contacted cc they told you are not eligible as you used multiple acc. Now don’t waste your money. Cashback will not come. Use one device for one ID only and enjoy

For those who were confused with 100 Percent cb offer like for which txn they got cashback, here is the answer.
PayZapp give numbers to Cashback for a particular date. Last month they numbered dates from 155 to 184.
Example- As 100 percent cashback offer was started on June 2, 2016 then against it 156 was alloted so all those who got cashback for June 2 txn had 100PCT-June-156 in their mails that was sent by payzapp after crediting cb.
I did txn on 02, 06, 09 June and for that when cashback mail came no. was 156 160 and 163 and from their I understand how to know it.

Yes bro I did two txn of 200 and received 2 cb 100 and 50 (asw it was Friday on July 1). Both have 185. For July 2, number will be 186 which will be credited either tonight or tomorrow.

One more thing. Many are confused with txn time and think that time in receipt mail is actual txn time but it is not.
The time you see in mail is actually mail/receipt generation time and not txn time. The txn time is always different and much earlier.
Suppose you get success message on ur screen at 10:00:15 and you press ok when it us showing mail will be sent to (display your mail id) at 10:00:20 then in mail you will get 10:00:20 the receipt generation time.
One more thing- If you don’t get success message and it says awaiting operator confirmation then you won’t get mail even if your recharge is processed successfully. Also if your mail ID is not verified then you won’t get receipt or cashback mails.
