same here… when contacted cc they said they have already credited 100% cb of 100/- for the same…

I got Rs.100/- cashback (100%) for transaction done at 6:30 PM, but didn’t get cashback for another transaction done at sharp 5:00 PM the following day.

Yes, I received yesterday evening at 07:31 PM and 07:47 PM in another account. 
If you haven’t got then wait as sometimes cashback also comes at a later date. Maybe you will get it today or tomorrow. Happened with me in June. In one of my account cb for June 17th was credited but not for other account. In other one it later came on 21st. This happens when system credits cb but due to some problems it don’t get credit and when system receives it back it reprocess on later date.

Thats what my point is i didn’t even took a second also …it was at EXACT -6:00:00PM

If multiple transactions are done on different days, Can anyone let me know that how to know for which transaction have we received the CB!

If you check previous page, I made it clear that time in mail is the time your receipt is generated. It is the receipt generation time. If your receipt is generated at 18:00:00 then in all ways your txn has completed at 17:59:50 to 17:59:55. So how come you be elegible for cashback? The thing is you done your txn before 18:00:00 and it was not counted. The time that is consider for cashback it the time amount is deducted from your account npt the time at which txn is completed.
Go and check your recent transactions option in Payzapp for txn done on 8th. Click on it and it must be showing 17:59 PM as time.
Many people are trying to do txn before the hour starts. Means they start txn at XX:59:XX and then before 2-5 seconds they click submit and the money deducts efore the hour starts and they lose cashback. So to be on safe side always do txn when hour starts not before that.

but u can always follow this who h I say now -
1) Do the txn and wait for 4-5 days to receive the cb
2) After receiving the cb ,transact the second time
This method will keep the cb received classified
and no harm from this method as this offer is live till 31st July and only 5 times per account.

PayZapp give numbers to Cashback for a particular date. Last month they numbered dates from 155 to 184.

main issue is the clock which we need to stick to.. i have clicked the approve button exactly after 1:00:00PM today, but the txn histroy shows the txn time as 12:59PM.. i followed mumbai local time on google… don’t know which time payzapp follows….. they should have shown the time also in the app, so that this wouldn’t appear for users…
