Some of the merchants are just terrible like even Spar in Bangalore where almost 6 out of my 10 orders were partially canceled/Fully canceled and even once they marked it delivered without even delivering and phonepe customer care is like snails they come up with a solution like 4-7 days after u raise an issue and keep pestering to a refund they don't even have phone support otherwise they will just forget.
And the refunds are processed to phonepe gift card which you have to order again to redeem.
