My order also got cancelled, replied to the cancelled mail to refund the money, also written to Mobikwik to not pay the merchant & refund the same in wallet.

Guys create a nasty mail storm for ChorKraft.

WTF..They cancelled one order of mine but thank god it was COD…
The other order is from a different account hope they ship it..

NICELY SAID, I have ordered from 3 different users and all of them got cancelled.

No refund generally means once confirmed they cannot be cancelled. Surely it will not happen that order is cancelled without refund. Anyway call them up to clarify the process. Hidekraft is a good brand so doubt they will take your money

Well, I cant help commenting.
I sincerely believe we should take some step against such sites as Hidekraft in desidime. At the least lets block this site promotion here.
See, first of all they mentioned ONE ORDER per ID, that means one ORDER can have more than one ITEMS.
So we ordered, everyone ordered and they allowed us to order multiple items in an order.
Then once they got really good promotion, they changed their mind and made ONE ITEM per ORDER.
Now what will you call that? Bullsht?
What about the collective time wasted of so many dimers? And most importantly, what about the frustration we experienced? And for what fault of ours?
At one hand, look at site like Amazon, they dispatched orders at 90% off! And other hand look at these misers, who anyway took 99 bucks for each item extra (shipping) and then later on frankly denied the orders with grinning teeth!
If they would have been clear with their T&C, then why the heck they took 99 shipping extra for each item? That means they have altered their T&C as per their whim. That’s unprofessional! And there shouldn’t be any place for unprofessional-ism here in desidime.
Thats’s just my two cents.*

Welcome Sir to the new world of online shopping. Where were you when Amazon cancelled several products even after shipment or at the day of delivery?
Moreover comparing services of a multi-billion dollar behemoth like Amazon to a small time import-export leather products company is too childish. They expected one product per order from new customers & decent exposure to online shopping. What they got in the name of customers are loony looters from this site.

Didn’t check the T&C carefully and ordered multiple items which got cancelled.
Now got email “We regret the inconvenience caused to you while placing your order under Flat 99% Off sale.
As a gesture of our commitment to delighting you every time you shop with us,we are giving you a GC worth Rs 50
We hope that you will continue to patronize us going forward”.
So finally it is Rs.50 off instead of 99% discount?
