How many coupons did you purchase?

Yesterday when I visited the store, I asked them to contact their Branch Manager. The guy called the Customer Service and asked for their Supervisor and handed over the phone to me. Lol.. He said that their Technical team are not available on the Weekend so they are unable to verify the coupon code. They asked to call today. I called the store people directly, they said that the coupons will be accepted tomorrow so asked to visit the store tomorrow.

Yesterday I tried in the mom n me store near my place. The code worked. However the sales person did not apply on anything which is lesser than 200. Like one photo frame of 199 I choose. I had to choose something expensive. So even though the code is for no minimum purchase, store people are not accepting it for < 200 amount.

I purchased few toys for my daughter but even after discount also, I feel they were overpriced and one can get them better price online.

Yesterday wasted my time in a Mom & Me store.

The store manager was an a**hole.

1) He was ignorant about the deal. Then it’s expected… as most of the corporate houses start these promos without informing their ground level staffs (due to obvious reasons).

2) He didn’t allow the coupons to be used on any discounted products, even if we want to buy it on MRP. So products like batteries, tiffin boxes, water bottles etc are not allowed to be bought with these coupons.

3) Surprise! Surprise! Almost all non-discounted products of lower value were shown as WELLNESS PRODUCTS. A towel was a wellness product, even the shapewears were wellness products for him.

4) Finally, at the time of billing, he didn’t allow to use more than 2 coupons.

Wasted 45 mins. of an otherwise excellent day…

As it was a special day for me, didn’t argue with him. Next time if I visit the store, I will show him his right place under the sun.

Used the coupon PY391720 yesterday at Mom&Me Madurai store yesterday and for my surprise to the above comments It worked.
The store person just entered the coupon code at a PC Billing software and 200 discount was automatically added.
I bought a Infobells Kids Education DVD worth 150 + Duracell AAA battery worth 60 for Rs.10.
Thanks to ralph2324 who gave me the coupon.
Guys the coupon is valid till 31 May,whoever has the coupon just go and use it soon.
