Yes, you need to save your card for the payment. Then it will show you that you are eligible for the offer.

Nothing is strange here. Just buy the gv and offer will be shown on payment page.

Before buying GC please make sure because in T&C it is saying not applicable on gold coins but it is applying on payment page for gold coins aswell
