Its clearly written that offer not valid on payment via ANY Virtual Card. Whether it be Oxigen, FC, IDBI etc etc. Simple!

oxigen worked for first transaction cb received,but didnt got cb for second transaction and recharge is complete

i did the same mistake

payzapp worked for 1st txn but not working now .. txn getting failed with payzapp card now
