as per icici bank debit card transactions can be done either online or swipe with a transaction limit of 1lac per day !! and no charges for any number of transactions

u can search google for excess drs fee (deducted by sbi for many people.)

See if you maintain balance of <1000, then limit is 20 transactions per month; for balance >1000 but <25k, limit is 40 transactions and if your balance is more than 25k, then ONLY its unlimited

i didnt raised ticket .messeged them in fb .got reply and cashback in 10min
