my FC main a/c blocked
i used my first main a/c to load money via DC & then used another a/c in another mobile with other card to load money..
but i made mistake that i transferred funds from second account to my main FC A/c
now i checked FC, it says “TEMPORARY SUSPENSION DUE TO SECURITY REASONS”
around 2500+ amount stucked
mailed them but no reply.
anyone knows what will happen now. am worried as its lot of money !!

Last month when there was load 2500 for 100 CB offer, I loaded 2500 in © using web and then logged into GM app for transferring to [A], account © got blocked. I sent a mail to them asking for reason, they asked me to send KYC documents. I told them I am away and do not have the KYC documents, refund the payment back to my credit card – they did that immediately. The account © is blocked but I have not lost any money. If they had not responded to me, I would have raised a charge back request on my CC. I use unique devices, unique credit cards for each account, unique bank accounts for withdrawal etc. keep balance only in primary account for which I have KYC. Never lost money. All these people who are swearing must have done something wrong – two accounts/cards/device/bank transfer etc.

I did it last month. Only CB cannot be transferred anywhere. Not sure if they changed the rule this month. I will try next Saturday and confirm.

Phone and Tab uses the same google account. I have an additional google account configured on the Tab. For freecharge or any other google based login, I select the second account. For the other virtual devices I have a unique google account for each. But since last month freecharge has been able to identify GenyMotion and block the account. But other wallets are working fine so far.
p.s.: GM is rooted by default, hence olamoney does not work.
