How to add money to your Pockets wallet:
Login to your Pockets wallet.
Click on ‘Add Funds’.
Enter the amount to be added.
Choose the mode to add funds from – debit card or net banking of any bank.
Eligibility Criteria:
Rs.100 extra offer is applicable only for first time loading of the wallet.
Minimum Rs. 500 must be added to the wallet to get Rs. 100 extra.
Rs.100 will be added to the Pocket wallet within 3 working days of adding money to the wallet.
Only first 30,000 customers loading their Pockets wallet with Rs.500 or more during the offer period can avail of the offer.
Wallets with status as Lost/Stolen/Blocked will not be eligible for this offer.

So i was right about recharges .It’’s just because the wallet is linked to VISA Debit card .So refunds process is same.
I had suggested them to work like wallet option for in-app payments.
Got a reply that “They r working on it”.
PS: Finally opened a ZERO Balance Pocket savings account .Now waiting for the physical card to reach me
@altecher But they don’t seem to be too much interested in promoting this product. People won’t switch from Paytm/MK to Pockets unless they get regular cashback offers.

They are actually running like trial for future . Re-vamping whole mobile banking structure of their system.
It’s bit late because paytm /MK is miles ahead.

PS: I had stopped using mobikwik after the South strike gold offer .They did UN-professional tricks to reject the cash back claim ( Like Primary number is changed to other state number) ,And i believe they didn’t announced Gold coin winners.I was an old customer since 2010
