Did you guys login using facebook before booking through Ixigo and do the tickets show in “Trips” section of Ixigo?

I think I forgot to log in but successfuly booked on JetAirways.com and then forwarded the itinerary to Ixigo and got automated mail.. hope that’s fine as it no where said FB Login is compulsory

Suppose the fare is Rs. 2460 including the Travel Insurance, but the total price which I pay is Rs. 2460 + Rs. 125(Conv. fee), Hence I end up paying Rs. 2585, which is more than Rs. 2500. Will I be eligible for the #LTC.

I have not booked yet just to clear some doubt.
Mailed them ltc [at] ixigo regarding this query but didn’t get any reply.

I think they will acknowledge !

Yes most probably you will .

“By minimum transaction value we mean the total amount you have to pay to Jet Airways for the ticket (inclusive of all taxes). To get the LTC cashback, your transaction value should be Rs 2500 or more.”

An additional complication:

My flight has got cancelled today and now Jet has provided me a new flight for tomorrow morning.
Now wondering how ixigo would trace that I have completed the journey…

The flight status in ixigo will automatically be updated to rescheduled/changed to new flight no.
They do this when the flight gets delayed. So no worries !

I never logged into ixigo while making the booking

I booked 2 tickets separately. when I sent 2 mails to ixigo I got auto reply for one only. will there be any problem in cash back???

Ixigo changed their website a bit, now they show which flight is eligible for cashback, and the Rs. 2415 flight says LTC not available.
What the heck is this.

Got a reply from ixigo that it is not mandatory to login to ixigo while booking to get LTC but still no reply on any contact no.
Skipped that question again.

Received the same mail and also acknowledged that they received my Bank account details.

how do I update NEFT details?? they have sent me email with 2 links.. one to update NEFT details using desktop, and one using app.. I am trying using desktop and when I hit the claim button, it just says “submitting claim” forever and nothing further happens.. and when I try to use their app to update, it asks me to login using facebook first. I even logged in using facebook, but then again, nothing further happens

I opened the link in mobile browser and it is working absolutely fine.

Try the desktop link on mobile.
