I think they are trying to test as other brother said. this is a sample run. I was able to do 2 after that it stopped working.
They are indeed tracking IP address. I tried through VPN and it worked. For the sake of 10 bucks and I ain’t going to take that risk.

This offer is valid on App, once you do one recharge, if paytm is tracking than your android id will get registered with that account…Like Mobikwik/Uber do that…right now you can login from multiple account on same mobile, They may stop that like Mobikwik/Uber… 10 Rs is not worth for this kind of risks…
