I paid 4500 for 5000 amazon gift card thru sbi netbanking whole porcess finished nicely but after completing payment the page didn’t redirect me to giftbig website and showed ‘Your session expired’. I got sms for deducting money with reference no. also. Now what to do please help me guys?

don’t panic, that is how their site works, so just take note of your order id and transaction number and speak with their CC or write a mail, FB is faster alternative, but it usually takes 2-3 days to get the voucher.

Why 2-3 days? If they get to know about the successful txn, I think it will be immediately delivered.
I made 1 mistake that I placed order in guest mode so I don’t have the order no. Still I have the ref. no. And email id, will it be enough?
Completed one transaction successfully on the second attempt just now. The bank page redirected back to GiftBig with an error on the first attempt. The site is working fine right now.

You should get the coupon in the mail instantly. If not received in 5 minutes contact them.

Yes, it seems so, no discount is applied in the cart. In the afternoon I was able to bought one at 10% discount.
