Talk to whom? Xoxo or payu? Payu can be excused but if its xoxo then they’re just flat out lying here. Can’t say I’m the least bit surprised though as I’ve noticed their borderline fraudulent behaviour earlier too.

giftxoxo guys are cheat …they have no management….even shopclues is better than giftxoxo 
couple of days back i was not able to login into my giftxoxo account….i tried forget password too..but it threw error that email not registered….how??
i had done more than 10 transactions with them….so mailed their unqualified cc….they kept asking for various screenshots…kept on saying there is some technical error…they did not even had the guts to say that they f*cked up…my account info was deleted from thier server
still they insisted that they are fixing the error….so after 5-10 days they created a new account with my email id and said that they have fixed the error.
but when i logged in my giftxoxo account…my order history was blank…my saved address deleted…all my info deleted
Now i cannot trust them again…if they cannot protect customers information how will they make sure they don’t mess up with our gvs.

How to get my cb from them, for few txns they have still not given the cb.
Forget CB they are not mailing purchased E-Gift Voucher after a day of transaction.

Friends, this is quite an horrible experience. I had not bought this deal as wasn’t needing Amazon vouchers. But both parties are completely claiming ignorance of the matter. This is really very poor. I think problem may have been that Giftxoxo may have unilaterally put up this offer without consent of payumoney and now not honouring their commitment.
I’ll avoid Giftxoxo for all practical purposes in the future. When it comes to ethics can’t compromise on that for a lowly discount.
