I wanted to purchase a mobile from flipkart @ 7000
I added 7000 in my mobikwik wallet and could purchase only 2 vouchers and my money is stuck in my wallet becoz cashback is limited to 2 transactions only.

I transfered my 2000 to different mobikwik account but giftxoxo is not picking money from new mobikwik account and showing balance in new mobikwik account as 0. I think Mobikwik shows in giftxoxo only that money which is added not of transfered money.

Now I can not purchase from my old mobikwik account as it shows your maximum KYC limit reached.

I stuck my 5000

simple solution

when u going to place an order just change ur mobile number from shipping address
now pay through mobikwik and u will find two options
1. loging through e-mail
2. login through mobile number via OTP

send OTP and pay through ur another mobikwik account

The payment gateway mobikwik is not working it is redirecting me to the giftxoxo everytime i select and click on pay

Any one facing same issue?

phone no in address must be same as mobikwik acc

use same mobile number in shipping address which is registered in ur mobikwik account.
