I think MK stopped sending mails for cash back in mail Id.. they r sending direct to mobile phone.

yes. i used the same number everywhere and email id is also same. But still it is redirecting me to the giftxoxo page dont know why….

Its such a trouble, since I have used my data card number as my primary mobile once on Mobikwik app. Guess changing it to my real mobile number might lead to account suspension. So have to ask mobikwik everytime for cashback to be added!

Save yourself the trouble. Dont bother with bank gift cards on xoxo. They’ll charge anywhere between rs 0 to rs 500 from your bank card randomly before shipping your card in the name of activation fee. Stick to amazon fk sd etc gift voucherd instead.

I just saw it. I recharged that number 2 years back (i’m not sure about it). Suddenly it became my primary number on mobikwik

Didn’t get eGV instantly like first time.

Today i was doing an transaction by adding money like Rs1000 into my mobikwik wallet by southindian bank internetbanking payment method the amount has been debited from my bank account and i didnt get the Amount to my wallet the same Rs 1000. Please someone help
