EKBOX cardboard design is wrong

Pathetic quality and moreover
No headband
No magnets
No QR code.

What kind of shit is this???

Product is extremely low garde. Everyone was making fun me when they saw the product on which i waited one month long.

1) cardboard quality is very low.
2) glue tape on the wrong side
3) Camera cut on the wrong side.
4) inner magnet kind of falling down when using the ring magnet outside
5) claimed by the seller to support my one plus one. But it does not fit the phone as the cardboard is small and it bleed outside this junk peice.
6) the divider ( the part which splits the screen) peice is so much week that it gets bend/folded due to pressure.

Now as the number of vendor is not reachable, i am too much frustrated that I’m thinking of simply writing a mail to bank to claim the refund ( visa/master covers you in case of forgery ). But it would only be possible if multiple people report same kind of fraud with them.
P.S. so if someone feels being cheated kindly write a mail to your bank telling about transaction detail

revd yesterday, quality is poor, no magnet, but some how i managed to assemble it,
when i tried it with ma HTC one, i just cant imagine , it fantastic, tried few VR games, they r amazing and now i think cardboard is value for money.

I received same and so I complaint to them and within half hour I have received call from Chetan (Boxight) and he expressed sorry for their mistake and promised me to ship another well finished product on 20th March 2015. I appreciate this step and I have given them another chance to proove their business model. Ofcourse everyone deserves second chance. I am now waiting again… Lets see.!

I’ve received from eBay. It’s a good one but not worth the price was paid for @550/- Though I’ve applied 200 off coupon that I had individually and during checkout paid through Mobikwik. And in Mobikwik I added those coupons of 50 Cash back of adding 50, twice. So only 249 I paid as hard cash!

Coming to the product.
It’s good hard paper material.
After using with the phone, only I found is all the pixels, which was annoying! Full of small small square boxes as we could find in old fashion CRT TV!
The lenses were OK, but the pixelation only killed the experience. Even with my nexus 7 2013 tablet also not much change!
Saw the movie: The Gravity in 3D. Head swings after a while but the display is only pain in the neck.
All it does only zooming the display!
In short, not at all happy with the device and the gimmick!!!

Correct me if you have kinda different experiences…

i canceled the ordered by ekbox and got the refund in the begining only,but today,i got the package

although the quality is shitty,but for free of cost,its not that bad,pixalation on my oneplus also,although the device has 1080p display.
can someone tell how can we watch 3d movies,as the display is not 3d

guys I suggest to rate down their app on play store. At least people who might be thinking of ordering after knowing them through playstore will come to know about the poor quality of product.

What to do for a refund, they are not responding to mails.
They looted very well.
5000*288 = 14.4Lakhs. Out of which the cost of material if consider maximum 20 rupee, it is 1 lakh only.
13.4Lakhs profit for making all of us fools.. great work.

Apply for refund through CC Avenue by writing to them explaining the case and attaching the copies of mails exchanged. I got my refund in less than 48 hours from them.

Cardboard quality: We ensured the best cardboard quality in resistance for our kit. The current kit has a burst resistance of up to 10 kilos per square inch.

Phone slipping out: We know you’re going to slide in your expensive device in our cardboard kit; hence, we’ve designed the kit to prevent your phone from falling. No matter if your phone is 4.7 inches or 5.5 inches, your phone stays in the kit when you dive into the virtual world.

Lens quality: Our new kit is equipped with a 65mm focal length lens compared to the old 45mm focal length, This will ensure the image projected be 50% bigger and would be more clear with no strain to your eyes.

Well, the first look of our kit would be released on 30th of March & we would appreciate your feedback on the same.
