Is payumoney gateway working fine with grofers? Not workig for me properly. Cant use payu 150 off coupons. It says invalid wheb entered.

they do… there was an instance where a 350 product was not available…. while i paid 450 for the total order…. they refunded 350 in cash and delivered remaining…. so for 100 bucks i got 350 worth products

sorry, got confused. I never encountered this situation. but on their site/app they did mention that any price difference to that of store price will be refunded.

Yes they will do. The difference between the amount you paid on the site and bill amount (given by delivery guy) will be given back to you as cash by the delivery guy.

Seriously grofers are trending at the moment…excellent customer support too. My personal experience. Plz write a mail to [email protected] if there’s is any issues with the orders. They ll call u back within a day or so. None of them delivers in 90mins..All the products.

If MRp is more they will not take additional
If List Price is more they have refunded the difference.

but will they refund the amount if we use coupon? Like I bought amul ghee for 390 on app, and used 20% discount code..So its effective price to me i ~310. Now delivery boy give me a bill in which its price is 370 (20rs discount store gives). So in this case can I ask for refund of 390-370=20rs?? Please suggest. TIA
