Just having a 450W PSU doesnt mean that u are consuming that much ALL THE TIME. U hv a 2nd Gen Pentium. I assume no discrete GPU or at best a mid-range one. So no more than 150-200W while gaming. While mere browsing the web well under 100W even if PSU efficiency is less than 60%!
