Just now called helpdesk and customer care guy told me

20% is applicable on bill payments and max capped cashback of 100rs.
You can pay bill like 100rs, 50rs, etc…but in a month you get only 100rs.
For eg: if you make payment of 500rs then u get max of 100rs…for that month…

2000rs cashback is for all merchants (like bigbasket, bookmyshow, airlines etc)

When I did a DTH recharge and it was explicitly mentioned that max CB is Rs.100.

I believe recharge/bill payment is different from that.
I mean for recharges and bill payments it is seperately written that max cashback is 2000 and per txn max cashback is 100

BTW i didn’t find any option to pay through payzapp on quikwallet (neither on site nor on app)

I got a reply from cc saying that its Rs100 for recharge and total 2000 and not per recharge, I did not recharge without getting confirmation as I could not see the 2000 anywhere online.

Anyone here got their cashback credited? My cashback is not yet credited which was supposed to be done by 31st Aug.

Just called them, they have processed it. It will reflect in account till 7th sep, we have to wait..
