in my opinion freecharge has to donate 10 more rupees to victims rather than sending codes to customer

Actually the trick is you can tag all the people first to alert everyone about the post..And later after posting it ,edit the post and comment something else.
By doing this everyone gets alerted and also the thread remains clean.
