This laptop is awesome but I am worried about quality of service and absence of any extended warranty offers.

I am hoping they will honor ‘On site warranty’ as mentioned in the description, cc confirmed me they would provide pan India service. In my experience, the only problems I faced with laptops are – Battery, Charger & harddisk aging.

Battery is the only thing I worry most about. I over use my laptop compared to a regular user (I do heavy tasks & shutdown only once or twice in a week). I will try to buy a spare battery now itself, so that I don’t need to worry for at-least 4 years.

charger pin is a normal one, easily available in market for Rs.10.

Harddisk is of 2.5 inch one standard size, so after 2 years I will replace it with 256gb ssd.
