just write to infibeam….i got refund within 5-6 hrs of writing to them…refund in mobikwik wallet is instant as soon as infibeam approves it..

I called them day before yday and informed about refund is still pending., they raised an issue and given the money back to mobikwik a/c today

I got my refund one hour back.

finally got the cashback after 2 weeks in mobikwik account. I promised myself never to use infibeam again.

Infibeam in idiot site who dont u’stand what u want to say
managed to talk several times and mailed also for some serious issue
but at last all in vain
