My order is cancelled as well.

As we all know, The promo code terms didn’t mention about non applicable of discount on GV. Can i sue infibeam for this reason? Do i have a valid case for sueing infibeam?

lol. The case may be valid but you are in India. Moreover, they are always ready to refund the money paid.

Anyone got refund into PayTM, MK is too quick and hassle—free in terms of refund, received refund in less than one minute of getting refund mail from infi !!!

But placed only 2 orders.

6 accounts were made to avail those recharge offers.
Still, Infi has a few of my high value orders in my shopping history. LG mobile – 12.5K, Sony camcorder – 17.5K, Samsung Plasma TV – 40K etc. There was an issue with that TV order ( power cable was missing from the box, can you believe it… Samsung? ) and infi was really pathetic in their response. Only occasional orders after that. Books, AMEX etc. They just lost credibility.

I too am waiting for refund ( 2 orders – both showing pending refund ). I haven’t even received any cancellation email for one of the orders. Infibeam customer care is manned by trained monkeys who can’t provide any information/solution unlike Amazon. I am simply asked to “wait till the refund is done” but no timeline provided.

@admin Can we boycott Infibeam on desidime ? They rarely, if ever, have any deals worthy of FPD and the returns/cancellations are too painful unlike the other etailers.

Ya! Once when I raised a dispute, even shopclues refunded my money. That shows what PayU is capable of.

I wrote a mail to infibeam last night. They called me this morning to confirm refund.

Alternatively, you can write to PayU. They will surely get it done.
