I also gave the same before 20 days when I bought Axis Giftcards from them. Again the same drama.

Between got refund to my mobikwik ac for other 3 orders today.

After I posted that my order was showing :returned to origin
Later it was asking for upload ID, after uploading id got this mail:

Dear Customer,
This e-mail is with regards to your order ID 25xxxx.

We regret to inform you that we have cancelled your order and processed refund. Promo codes are not allowed on the purchase of a gift card, however due to a technical problem your order passed through the system.

Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience this may have caused you.
