How willI know that my referral was successful?

You can view your rewards in the scratch card section of the Cashback & Offer page, which indicates your referral is successful.

Is there any limit on the number of referrals?

There is no limit on the number of friends that you can refer to Paytm UPI, however, you can win rewards for referring up to 100 (returning users' on Paytm UPl every month.

Are there any other eligibility conditions for referral?

Yes, you and your friend must meet all the eligibility conditions below to be considered eligible for the referral reward.
1. The referee should have a bank account other than Paytm Payments Bank Limited (PPBL) already linked with Paytm UPI.
2. The referee should have clicked on the shared referral link or scanned your referral QR or applied your referral code before making eligible payment. 3. Only mentioned UPI transactions of the referee would be considered for determining the eligibility. This transaction should be an eligible transaction that has to be completed within 7 days for the referral to be considered successful. The eligible UPl payments are Scan & Pay on the Paytm QR code at any shop and select recharge and bill payments on the Paytm app. 4. If the referee is referred by multiple Paytm users, the referral reward will be processed to the Paytm user whose shared invite link was clicked last before the referee completes the eligible UPl transaction. 5. If more than one Paytm account is created on the same phone or device through the referral link, it will count as one successful referral only and no referral reward will be provided beyond the first referred account, provided that all eligibility conditions are met. 6. The referee and referrer should be on a different mobile device to be eligible for the referral reward. 7. If the referee has already installed or signed up on Paytm, the referral link should be clicked before doing the eligible transaction by the referee for a successful referral.

What if haven't received the referral reward or received less reward?

Tip: Only select users on Paytm are eligible for the Refer & Win program. If you see the message "No Refer & Win offers available for you", it means that the program is not currently available to you.
