You guys sound like you know your dietary stuff pretty well. Can anyone please help to answer a query of mine… I met a road accident last month and have lost some weight. Now I can’t really do gym exercises, but I’m slowly starting to do some cardio routine like running. Would a whey protein supplement such as ON be a good choice for me to regain some weight and build muscles without a gym based routine ?

Any suggestion for cheapest PRE WORKOUT ? I have tried NO XPLODE , CELLUCORE C4 but now prices are increased to 4k-5k.

I tried MB torque, and throw it into dustbin bcz of horrible taste. Any other suggestion for pre workout under Rs.3k ?

According to me don’t waste your money on preworkout instead eat two banana or carbohydrate rich shake with caffeine tablets invest these money in good whey or casein or creatine dont purchase saputo protein

i checked NO xplode contains 225mg of cafeine. What is the benefit of taking caffeine tablet over any pre workout (C4, NO XPLODE) ?

i remember @DealSeeker bro already told in some post about this, cardio routine will make u to lose some fat and make body warmup… without workout you cant build muscles, if u r taking whey protein well and good, but it wont build ur muscles…
